Bukhara State University’s Youth Union is proud to announce a series of engaging initiatives aimed at promoting gender equality and celebrating the diverse talents of our students. We started our efforts with the “Milliyligim O’zligim” challenge, inviting students to explore and celebrate their cultural identities. Through creative expressions and submissions, students showcased the rich traditions, languages, and customs that make our university community vibrant and inclusive.

In collaboration with the university’s auditorium, we hosted the “Orasta Qizlar” talent show, providing a platform for female students to showcase their talents and creativity. From captivating performances to thought-provoking presentations, these young women demonstrated their potential and resilience in various fields.
“Mohir Qo’llar” Project: Empowering Women Through Skill-Building
Our “Mohir Qo’llar” project, led by the Youth Union coordinators, focused on empowering women by equipping them with valuable skills and opportunities. Through workshops and training sessions, female students were encouraged to explore their talents, develop new skills, and unlock their full potential for personal and professional growth.
International Women’s Day Celebration: Honoring Female Achievements
As part of our commitment to celebrating female achievements, we organized special events and activities on International Women’s Day. From distributing flowers and gifts to hosting discussions on gender equality, we highlighted the contributions and resilience of women in our society and beyond.
Zulfiyaxonim Tribute: Remembering a Literary Icon
In commemoration of the 109th anniversary of Zulfiya Isroilova’s birth, we organized a series of events to honor her life and literary legacy. From poetry readings to discussions on her works, students paid tribute to this pioneering figure who championed women’s rights and cultural diversity.
“Balli Qizlarjon” Talent Show: Recognizing Female Excellence
To celebrate the arrival of spring and honour female talent, the Agriculture and Biotechnology Faculty’s Youth Union coordinator organized the “Balli Qizlarjon” talent show. Female students showcased their skills and creativity, demonstrating the diverse talents that enrich our university community.
These initiatives underscore our commitment to promoting gender equality, fostering diversity, and empowering women to thrive in all aspects of life. By providing platforms for expression, skill-building opportunities, and celebrations of achievements, we’re creating a more inclusive and equitable environment for all members of our university community. Join us in championing gender equality and celebrating the diverse talents of our students!
